If there is a hole in it, have to replace a new tank. No professional will fix a hole, too dangerous. Do-it-yourself-man can try some repair mass,
without fire! but the end result is uncertain.
Test with compressed air and soapy water if tere is a hole or not.
If it's only painting job, try the keyword 'Automaalausta Helsinki' there are hundreds of paining shops. Call and ask, usually they speak English also.
